where to enter the IRS PIN number for a taxpayer

I had a new young client who's return was rejected with a code that there was a PIN issued to her.  She gave me a number that she thinks is it - I'm hopeful.  I hate to tell the IRS this, but anyone under 25 ain't keeping track of papers from them.  

So now I can't figure out where to input it.

There's a box for the IP PIN on the main info tab of the 1040.  It's in the Date of Birth/Date of Death section.
