I haven't, but it exists.

Yes, a couple years ago.

mine is an American citizen that lives in Mexico.  I don't think there is anything in the treaty that would change his taxes.

I just took a class required by my employer about Unconscious Bias and it is very interesting.

If I mention that I am preparing a tax return for someone from England or France, a lot of us will tell me "check the tax treaty"... If I mention I am preparing a tax return for someone from Mexico, I bet you... you will ask me to read the tax treaty, correct?

Anyways, it is interesting to see that Mexico and Venezuela have tax treaties with the USA.
