Is this e-file rejection an identity theft?

Is anyone else getting a e-file rejection notice that starts out "If amended return".....is this identity theft coming back?? I haven't had any cases in a few years...this is so frustrating!! Is there anything I can do or do I just have to paper file & clients have to wait forever?
