Gar Peterson Posted February 13, 2021 Report Posted February 13, 2021 So i have an open trouble ticket with ATX on the schedule C in the California Return (540) not populating correctly. it is doubling the income for the schedule C in the California return. You can manually adjust it and remove the duplication. Be careful, one of my regular self employed clients, the impact was doubling of the taxes he owed for his business for California. Has anyone talk to ATX on this? Quote
Lee B Posted February 13, 2021 Report Posted February 13, 2021 Yeah ATX has a long history of problems with state forms early in the tax season. My experience usually went like this: 1. Problem with an Oregon Form, usually a business entity form. 2. File a support ticket, no response from support 3. After about a week, the support ticket would get closed 4. Miraculously, a few days later the problem would be fixed and the form would work Quote

Random numbers populating on that schedule behind the sch. CA. Clear them out and the problem should go away. At least it did for me. Tom Modesto, CA Quote
