Randall Posted February 10, 2021 Report Posted February 10, 2021 Is there a special form for those who didn't receive the stimulus payment? A client said she 'heard' you need to have this special form. I think this is input on Form 1040, line 30. There's a worksheet which shows the amount to go on 1040. But I don't think there's a new form? Just looking for some verification here to offset something a client 'heard'. Quote
Yardley CPA Posted February 10, 2021 Report Posted February 10, 2021 I think it would all flow from what is input on the stimulus worksheet on line 30. If you indicate stimulus 1 or 2 has been received the program factors that into the calculation. If you indicate only one or none of the payments was received, the program factors that as well. I'm not aware of anything besides completing that worksheet. 2 Quote
gfizer Posted February 10, 2021 Report Posted February 10, 2021 The worksheet is the only thing I'm aware of as well. Maybe she is confused and talking about the letter(s) from the IRS that notified people of how much stimulus they were receiving an how it was being paid ??? Quote
