New Charitable deduction [$300] on the federal 1040

Charitable deduction should change the taxable amount of the SS in 1040. It also is not automatically changing the addition on the NYS IT-201 even after going into the IT-558. My friend who has Intuit is showing these changes that are done automatically.

Is the deduction showing up on line 10b?  We had a topic posted back on 1/25 where users reported that the deduction wasn't appearing, and a program update took care of correcting that.
