password reset

I am trying to download the program thru the ATX website but I can't get logged in.

My password must have expired,  I already downloaded the program on the main computer now wanting to do on my home computer.  I said forgot password and they were supposed to email me a code to reset.  I never get the email.

tried last week and and again today.  Is support open on Sunday?

when I called the phone message said all password resets are down automatic.  Don't call for password resets.
