1099 R errors for EIN and name

My payor is DWS Trust Company.  I have restored and retyped in the name and the EIN but I still get an error that I must input a name and EIN for the 1099R.  

round and round we go in these early days of the season.....

I just re-input it in the other worksheet (not the original 1099R input sheet).  And I put nine zeroes for the SSA1099.

......I figured it out......all I needed to do is read........I was needing to put in the recipients info.
