ATX Payroll Question

Efiled all 1099-NEC forms along with the 1096 and have yet to receive an acknowledgment? Should I be concerned?

It takes a couple days for the ACK to come back, and the time frame extends the closer you get to the filing deadline, My early ones took 2 days , and now I am looking at 3-5 days.

Thanks for the reply...every year (for the last 30) I hold my breath thinking that I forgot something important to assure E files will be accepted. Once the first one goes thru I breath a sigh of relief.
