W-2's won't print, "Print" grayed out

I can't find any posts on this with a search.  The 2020 payroll program will not print.

I've rebooted, closed ATX Payroll and reopened, selected different clients, selected "All" employees and then just a few of them, but in no scenario will W-2's print.  I've re-read the Help screen and believe I am doing everything right. No matter how I get to the print screen, "Print" is grayed out for all printers, and for PDF, and for any form selected, and for any quantity... what am I missing here?

Never mind, tech support solved the problem.

But what was the problem?  And how was it solved?  There may be another on this forum who encounters the same issue. Please share.

This was a problem last year. I don't use ATX's payroll products but I think it had to do with not checking any boxes to say what you wanted printed.
