HV Ken Posted April 3, 2008 Report Posted April 3, 2008 Just looking to ensure we can e-file a MFJ return where the taxpayer died in 2007 and we are doing the return for the surviving spouse. I found this in the knowledge base: http://techkb.atxforms.com/TSTKB.nsf/0/113...78?OpenDocument which seems to indicate we e-file as usual with Practitioner pin (Section A). We have been fortunate to not have to do one of these in a few years, and want to ensure we are following the current procedures.... Thanks! Quote
