FDNY Posted October 4, 2020 Report Posted October 4, 2020 This works every time for me. I start dialing the number 1 minute before they open. After you get the recording hang up and keep hitting redial and you will be right up there in the queue when they open. Keep this a secret because if everyone does it we're screwed. Quote

Max W Posted October 7, 2020 Report Posted October 7, 2020 I use enQ service which gets me through in less than 2 minutes. However, I pay them $50/m for the service which gives you 240 minutes. Unused minutes are rolled over. If you make 2 or more calls per month it is worthwhile. Quote
