I have searched the knowledgebase on this and entered a ticket on this, but wondered if anyone else has a solution for me. I have started using the notes feature in ATX for documenting preparer notes. However, these notes seem to duplicate randomly when viewing on the notes report (when printed). Also, the notes report only prints on one page (which means that more notes/duplicates there are, the smaller the print is). The knowledgebase item on this mentioned it is because of running the return check. While this explains the duplicates, I'd like to know how to delete them or at least get the notes report to print to more than one page so we can read it (even with the duplicates).
