1040X AND ADDING DEPENDENTS

I AM ATTEMPTING TO FILE AND AMENDED RETURN THEY ARE NOT PRINTING ON PAGE 2 OF THE 1040X. WHAT AM I NOT DOING? ORIGINAL RETURN 1040 HAS THE DEPENDENT NAMES ON. ANY SUGGESTION?

If you can see page 2 of 1040X, pull down the file menu and "print current page"

My question is 1040X not reflect the original returns dependent name.

Add that information on the explanation. Add Name, SS#, months lived with taxpayer, Relationship and date of birth.
