atx 2019 - too slow, retyr error

so we are having such issues with 2019!!

2018 mostly is fine so it is a 2019 problem

Booting up it takes forever to tun -

says not responding,

retry error

just sits there - doesn't even spin

need to shut down thru task manager

and then I'll turn around and it is gone - shut off by itself!!!

I know you all have said every return shut off and on - not the issue - this is in a sort of small return!

turning on, etc

any ideas!

My IT person (offsite) doesn't even know..,

I can't get taxes done!! I mostly am checking them and it takes forever!!

For them to input and me to finish.

Get a more knowledgeable I.T. person, to clean out the boot area. It is fixable.

Easiest way is to get a new WIN10 computer.
