Baker Accounting Posted January 15, 2020 Report Posted January 15, 2020 We have manually updated program and forms shows up to date, however converting the files to SSA and also e-filing with ATX payroll they are rejecting. Is anyone else having this problem? Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted January 15, 2020 Report Posted January 15, 2020 It is not January 27, yet. Quote

That may be true for 1099s but SSA BSO is open for filing, and the SSA submission file creation in ATX shouldn't be affected by the MeF opening date since that file doesn't go through the ATX server and is a direct upload to SSA. I just filed through SSA BSO and had no problems (not ATX though). Quote

It is still not January 27, 2020. Quote
Lee B Posted January 18, 2020 Report Posted January 18, 2020 I have been efiling my 1099s on a different program since Thursday. 1 Quote
jklcpa Posted January 18, 2020 Report Posted January 18, 2020 Right, the IRS FIRE system has been open for filing for more than a week now. Quote
Victor T Posted January 23, 2020 Report Posted January 23, 2020 I transmitted 1099s ten days ago, and status -transmitted to EFC- till now. When can I expect transmission to agency and IRS acceptance? Quote
