Old Printers

I have an old HP & Brother printer that stopped working.  I need to dispose of them both.  Do Printers have a "hard Drive" etc. that I have to remove before dumping?

I know Copy machines do not sure about printers.

These are both stand alone not "all in one".  no LED reader, just button to push on and off.
