ILLMAS Posted January 11, 2020 Report Posted January 11, 2020 Super odd, I have a similar computer but with a SSD drive, and for me it takes a few seconds to go through the process. You might want to call ATX, they were very helpful when I couldn’t open payroll 2018 after I transferred it to the new computer. Quote
Johnny Posted January 11, 2020 Author Report Posted January 11, 2020 My hard drive is ssd also. Perhaps my issue is that there are several Ohio tax forms that are not approved yet and ATX is searching for them in the rollover process. Quote
