Do ROBS apply to any of the entities reported on Form 1120 Schedule K line 4a or 4b?

The IRS instructions are clear and it appears that a ROBS is not identified anywhere on form 1120. Is my understanding correct? If not, then where is the ROBS reported?

Thanks.

My apologies for not being clear with my question. Thanks for clarifying, Judy.

I know a 5500 is reported for the 401K plan. Is a 401K plan treated as a trust for purposes of question 4a  on Form 1120? If so, then I should report the plan on schedule G.

Have those of you who have had this situation reported the plan on schedule G or not?

Thanks.

I think you are on the right track David.  I have not dealt with ROBS but believe the 401k is considered a trust type of entity.
