I updated to the latest version of EFTPS Batch Provider and my screen is frozen on the original Welcome screen. Another tax office has the same problem. I can't get an answer at the help line. Is this a universal problem?

@STGBK:  I have the same problem with Batch Provider - it loads the welcome screen and then quits. Have to reboot computer to get rid of the welcome screen. Help line doesn't answer and if you try to leave a message it says the mailbox is full.

@cbslee:  EFTPS Batch Provider is a separate program. It is not accessed via a browser.

Now if someone only know how to solve this problem.
