I cannot get into MyAtx Support but I am trying to efile 1099's and also receive acks but nothing happens other than error messages. I was just wondering if the ATX server was down if anyone out there might know?

I called tech support and they said that there must have been an overload when I tried to efile, but I efiled while on the line with them and they went and cam through fine.

I'm still having problems with a 1041 but I did manage to get 2 1040's through

I am still unable to get anything thru or receive acknowledgments this morning. I keep getting server errors. Anybody else having problems? Any ideas how to fix this? Not a good time to be having problems.

I tried several times to submit one return Monday night, but received rejection notice several times. Tried to submit Tuesday morning, went through but still says server errors. Not a good time for this to be happening :wacko:

Had one go through ok last night. Today it freezes when it says it is waiting for the server.

Freezing on me too. Have to Ctrl Alt Del just to get out.

Hope this doesn't last long.

This is bad timing for the system to cause problems.

Thank goodness for this Board or I would think my computer was messed up.

You would think ATX would post something to inform us though.

MYATX said the server is having maintance. Oh great have a lot to get done and e-file today. I hope that they get it up before April 15. I also hope this is not one of their end of season games.
