MarkM Posted March 16, 2008 Report Posted March 16, 2008 I have an LLC client (partnership) that is located in Havertown but owns a commercial property in Philly. 2007 was their first year in existence. Do they have to file the BPT and/or NPT returns with the city? 2007 rental income was about $25,000 and there was no payroll, if those factors are relevant. (I practice in MA, that's why I am asking). Quote

Visit www.phila.gov for more research and info about this. Bob Quote
