New law for military spouses!

This new provision states that the spouse of a service member may now deem the service member's home of record as his/her own, even if that spouse never set foot in that state.

Last week Virginia finally sent a reaction to the new law:

though last I looked, form 763-S has not been updated on both ATX and Taxwise

Many states have not issued any response....or changed the forms
