Can you believe this - need now I have found the site to pay the $800/year and file yearly but cannot figure out how to create a LLC in CA - please any CA people. WITAXLADY Posted February 21, 2019 Author Report Posted February 21, 2019 ya - I was there.. ended up going to Rocket Lawyer for $99 and got it done - not quickly as they said 10 days but I also saw on the website they are just now doing Feb 12th,, so close.. and can do the EIN myself. Still have not found the Form - even though CA looks similar to WI Now I have 89 days to figure out the next step! Thank you D Quote

How are you going to create a customized operating agreement, which most banks require a copy ? 3 Quote
Max W Posted February 21, 2019 Report Posted February 21, 2019 Does Rocket Lawyer file the necessary forms with the CA Sec. of State? I have a client that decided to do an LLC themselves, last year, and once they got the EIN from the IRS, they thought that was all they had to do. So, it's going to be a partnership for 2018 and part of 2019. Quote
