Another advantage to using Drake.  If you don't get a confirmation, you can call CS and get a response right away.  With Drake, these things never happen.  The only rejections are Id thefts, SSN issues.

We still don't know what ILLMAS' issue is. I've never had any efiling issues with ATX in 5 years.

I'm wondering about KY responses.  I've got four I'm waiting on.  All four have Fed acceptances.  Does anyone know of a delay with Kentucky.  Nothing on ATX website about it.  E-file status shows 'waiting for response'.

I submitted a return back in April it's still in the processing of being transmitted, TP called last me week to find out what ever happened to their refund.

You might want to regularly check the efile manager to see what the status of returns is. I'm just sayin'!

Well, maybe ATX has improved. I used for about 8 years up to 2013 and several rejections every year which the Check Return function did not pick up.

Problem solved.

Solution:

1.  Duplicate tax return.

2.  Recreate efile.

3. Transmit

Return was accepted within an hour.
