Section 965 Transition Tax on foreign income for 2017

As this is a new tax on foreign income, see ATX has a line item for it but why doesn't it calculate the amount of tax... this and the required statement is rather confusing   so are the errors  one says it can be filed electronically where another error says it must be paper filed   don't think the software is updated or what am i missing
