ILLMAS Posted July 9, 2018 Report Posted July 9, 2018 This is my first year of using ATX to efile 941's, for the 1st quarter I created a new file for each client, now for the 2nd quarter, do I have to create a new file also? I tried adding the 2nd quarter to the current client filed and received an error message saying I cannot duplicate the form. Anyone? Quote
PaulH Posted July 9, 2018 Report Posted July 9, 2018 You roll over each client's first quarter file and then rename it (e.g , add Q2 to the end). There is a separate tab for monthly/quarterly roll overs. You'll use the annual roll over tab to roll the third quarter over to the fourth quarter (which must be done in next year's software). 2 Quote
