diligentbiz Posted March 10, 2008 Report Posted March 10, 2008 I need one (very simple) 1120. Is there any way to get around the high cost of PPR? I'm using 1040 TO. If anyone near Perris, CA wants to help me out, I'd appreciate it. Email <[email protected]> Quote
jainen Posted March 10, 2008 Report Posted March 10, 2008 >>I need one (very simple) 1120<< You can download the forms from the IRS web site and do it by hand. Or get ZillionForms for partially calculating forms. Or file an extension and wait 'til May, then grab a demo package from whatever company will give you business forms with full functionality. Or outsource to another office. Quote
SUE A. Posted March 11, 2008 Report Posted March 11, 2008 I HAVE ONLY ONE RETURN THAT REQUIRES THAT FORM ALSO AND I USED THE IRS FILL IN FORMS AND THEN MAILED THAT IN. IT WAS PRETTY SIMPLE ONCE I HAD MY FIGURES READY. SUE Quote
diligentbiz Posted March 11, 2008 Author Report Posted March 11, 2008 My client should have been sole-prop., but contractor's school "instructed" him to file as a corp. The expense of this "importance" is understandable to us, but he simply followed instructions. What form do I file for an extension? The records are complete, but I'm not ready...and my jaw hurts from gritting my teeth ; ) Quote
