mdmcfarland Posted March 10, 2008 Report Posted March 10, 2008 The bosses daughter lived in NE until 3/1/07 then moved to Kansas City, KS. She worked in Kansas City, KS AND Kansas City, MO. We prepared a KS resident return, NE part year resident and MO non-resident. When we e-filed these returns, we sent KS piggyback and NE and MO as state only. The returns were sent 2/21/08. It was accepted by IRS 2/21/08, NE 2/21/08, KS 2/22/08 and the MO still shows IRS Cleared. Is anyone familiar with this? How long does it take MO to accept returns after being IRS Cleared? How long do we wait to check into this further and if we do need to check, who do we contact? Our office is in NE so we aren't familiar with MO returns. Quote

I have two returns that still show IRS cleared and the clients already have their refunds. I think the status is just not updating. Quote
NECPA in NEBRASKA Posted March 10, 2008 Report Posted March 10, 2008 I had a MO clear one day after the federal was accepted. I did see a message on the ATX website that if you are missing ACKs to sync your computer with ATX and see if they show up. Bonnie Quote
