Hello, my client recieved a 1099-C for some credit card debt cancellation, will line 21 be the appropriate line? I cannot seem to find a straight answer as to where to put the amount and the date of cancelation.

Yes...Line 21....The Line 21 worksheet has an area just for this just above the subtotal
