Abby Normal Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 The interface has a real XP feel to it, and it could be more user friendly, but it works and it's reasonably priced. No client has had any problems navigating yet. It's like a temporary portal that we email things to and clients can reply and email attachments back to us. Nothing left in the cloud for eternity. No password protected PDFs. I'll use it to email organizers next year. It will save us a lot of time. I was only supposed to have a 30 day trial but I'm well beyond that now. Just emailed them and told them I want to buy. "Take my money, please!" https://www.zixcorp.com/products/zixmail 1 1 Quote
Margaret CPA in OH Posted April 3, 2018 Report Posted April 3, 2018 This sounds really good - except for the minimum 3 user license. I'm only one person. Too bad they don't offer a single user license. 2 Quote
Abby Normal Posted April 3, 2018 Author Report Posted April 3, 2018 I hadn't even noticed because I happened to need 3. Call or email and ask if they'd do one license. There are a lot of resellers of zixmail that might offer single licenses. here's one: http://www.securemailencryption.com/ZixMail.asp 1 1 Quote

Lee B Posted April 4, 2018 Report Posted April 4, 2018 I was curious so I skimmed a review about ZixMail which said support was email only and 50 % of the email support inquiries were not returned. Quote
