schirallicpa Posted March 30, 2018 Report Posted March 30, 2018 yesterday I had to update my password and when I went into the myatx to find my super secret code to update my password I had to up date my myatx password to get to it. I was ready to scream. Meanwhile I have to do some HUD input online and they make you get a new password every year. All I have to do is give them my mothers maiden name and my new password is always p a s s w o r d. Yeah - that's Ben Carsons department. I keep saying they can trade in their 31000 dining set for a IT guy for 3 weeks to fix their very lame online reporting system. Anyone else ever have to deal with HUD input? This is for a senior living development. 4 Quote
RitaB Posted March 30, 2018 Author Report Posted March 30, 2018 I have to use NMLS (Nationwide Licensing System) twice a year for one client and I am always astonished that I don't wind up on the six o'clock news. The WOAT. TN sales tax site is trying to overtake them, however. Upgraded (yeah right) their system in MARCH 2017 (who does THAT?) and named it TNTAP. So cute. 3 Quote
PapaJoe Posted March 30, 2018 Report Posted March 30, 2018 If you do Louisiana sales tax they have LATAP. Both TNTAP and LATAP work the same way - must be using the same software. If you think those names are cute, Alabama has MAT - My Alabama Taxes. 1 Quote
