EFILE ERROR

I am getting an efile rejection on a NYS return. I tried updating the forms. I even deleted the NYS return but to no avail.

Any help woul be appreciated.

Hmm, "unmapped exception" isn't any help at all to figure out where the error is.

Did you see this KB article for ATX & Taxwise returns for that error code? It lists entries on some specific forms that could be problematic if it isn't a forms update issue. https://support.cch.com/kb/solution.aspx/000043113

1. Delete all the NY forms. 
2. Save the return. 
3. Close the return.
4. Open the return.
5. Add the forms.
6. Make necessary inputs.
7. Create e-file.
8. Submit again.
9. If you get the same rejection,  paper file.
