Personally, I don't think Facebook's format lends itself well as a replacement for a busy forum with a large membership for answering technical questions, but I guess it's better than nothing at all.   Is the official forum functioning that poorly that it can't be fixed?

I'm sure it can be fixed, but it's been malfunctioning for 6 months and ATX says they're 'working on it'. They probably need to spend thousands to move to a new platform and just can't bring themselves to do it.

And yesterday Abby Normal you told me I'd probably been banned for writing derogatory comments !!!!  I thought the official board was nonfunctioning (since I could not access it) and this post proves it !!!
