KCPA Posted January 17, 2018 Report Posted January 17, 2018 I ran a short client through Accuwage and got two errors. I don't know where to go from here. ATX says they can't help me?? (They used to.) The codes are RT with a bunch of numbers after it. Part of it is the gross wage for the employer. RF with 000000010 after it. Then this: The number of RW records (7) since the last RE record does not equal the value in the RT. I have no idea what they're talking about. Help please? Thanks AccuWage Online, Social Security.html Quote
Medlin Software, Dennis Posted January 17, 2018 Report Posted January 17, 2018 The RT record is the "total" type record. The RW record is the "employee" record. The message is saying the actual number of RW records, since the last RE (employer) record, is not the same as the number reported in the RT record. The date contains 7 RW (employee) records. IN the RT record (the total record) there is some other employee count given. 1 Quote
Jack from Ohio Posted January 19, 2018 Report Posted January 19, 2018 SS site is saying that they are no longer providing Accuwage, due to incompatibilities with OS. ATX has always created a proper file. Quote
Medlin Software, Dennis Posted January 19, 2018 Report Posted January 19, 2018 Accuwage is now an online tool only. It used to be a downloadable program (which at least for a few years, required Java to be installed as well). Quote
