Lynn EA USTCP in Louisiana Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 I am working on 1099-MISC in ATX Payroll. Both the recipients and the employers copies print with all but the last 4 digits of the recipients' SSN masked. I have searched through the preferences and Admin sections and do not find a toggle switch to turn that off. Has anyone else seen this, and been able to 'unmask' the SSN? Thanks, Lynn Quote
Margaret CPA in OH Posted January 16, 2018 Report Posted January 16, 2018 From ATX KB: How do I display the full Social Security Number on Form 109x in ATX™/TaxWise® W2/1099-Payroll Compliance? Do the following: Click the Payers Info tab. Unselect Check (X) to truncate EIN/SSN on Recipient copies check box. 1 1 Quote
