Booger Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 I think the answer to my question is that my client is SOL. Client C Corp has a payment due on it's 2007 1120, but the owner doesn't have any 8109's. Called the IRS and they said that they would send a couple of 8109-B's until client gets coupon book. I don't have time to set down with owner to get the Corp set up on EFTPS. If 8109-B's don't show up on time, is there any other way to pay the Corp tax? Booger Quote
Booger Posted March 5, 2008 Author Report Posted March 5, 2008 Thanks, JohnH, you're a great guy. Booger Quote

Booger Posted March 5, 2008 Author Report Posted March 5, 2008 zeke, sure wish IRS would allow Corps to send in a check with their 1120 when tax is due....the coupons are a pain in the you--know--where. Booger Quote
michaelmars Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 i always send a check and so far have had no problem Quote
Booger Posted March 5, 2008 Author Report Posted March 5, 2008 i always send a check and so far have had no problem MM, I had a client do that (BY MISTAKE), and the IRS sent the check back AND charged penalty and interest for late payment. Booger Quote
michaelmars Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 WONDER IF its a dollar amount issue, the larger returns usually have eftp set up for payroll anyway, its the smaller clients where i just send in a ck Quote
Booger Posted March 5, 2008 Author Report Posted March 5, 2008 Could be, MM. The client just "forgot" to use the coupon. Booger Quote
Jake Posted March 5, 2008 Report Posted March 5, 2008 If you go back to the 2004 Max program you can print the 8109B's without the "Do not use message" The banks and credit unions in my area will accept them. Quote
