Rmm758 Posted February 28, 2017 Report Posted February 28, 2017 I have never had a problem with this tax software every, I used my ATX 2016 software perfectly fine yesterday, I go to get some work done today and it has not booted up it is stuck in loading what appear to be the admin console, and I have tried everything, I am currently on hold with Tech Support right now, but figured I could start this topic to not only pass the time but maybe even find a fix. Abby Normal Posted February 28, 2017 Report Posted February 28, 2017 Make a copy of this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\CCH Small Firm Services\ATX 2016 Server\Sfs.ServerHost.exe.config Then delete the file and try again. If it doesn't work, restore the copy you made. Quote
