Heather Baker Posted February 14, 2017 Report Posted February 14, 2017 My atx support site admin login has been locked out and will not allow me to reset my password. When i get to the part where you input the email address associated with the account,, it says that the password cannot be reset and that I must call customer service, which has an hour estimated hold time! I have left my number for a call back, but this is an extreme hassle! Anyone else encounter this issue? Why would it not let me reset my password the same way as before? Heather Quote
