Jim K Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 I've got 2 returns that have been stuck in validated status for a few days. "My ATX" advises us to synchronize our returns and that will fix the problem. I've done that and no change resulted. I just called tech support and they're aware of the problem and are working on it. This has been a frustrating season in many ways with ATX. Quote
lydia33 Posted March 3, 2008 Report Posted March 3, 2008 Voiced my opion to them this morning, do not think it will do any good though. Maybe when they don't have our money they will notice. Not. They want us to leave I think so they can close down ATX part of their programs. CCH that is. Quote

This has been a frustrating season in many ways with ATX. I've had a return stuck in "Validated" since 2/16. I've synched, sent logs, waited on hold, faxed. Tech support (many different people, none can spell ) tells me the return should show up as accepted (yes, but it DOESN'T), there is no such efile, I just need to sycnchronize, etc. I know the return was accepted. What if I just leave it in the efile manager forever? Anyone? Thanks CRB Quote
MN2V Posted March 4, 2008 Report Posted March 4, 2008 Maybeupdated 03-02-08--We found an error with posting our stand-alone state acks this weekend. This would include the following states(CA, ME, MN, & MA). You will see "validated by the EFC" in your system, and no ack. Development is currently working on resolving this issue however, this is a manual process and it will take some time to get these acks reposted. If you duplicated a return, then once the ack is reposted to you, it will not change the status of these returns. In that case, you will need to query the return on the support site to find the exact status. If the return is accepted, then you should mark the return as complete Maybe this will explain your problem...not solve it though The above words are words from MyATX support Quote
