SFA Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 We are about to re-activate our e-signature service with Citrix RightSignature. We already have a Citrix ShareFile 12-month subscription. Before we stay with them for the e-signature service, I would like to consider other vendors. Last year we did a trial with RightSignature from Jan-April. It worked great, but is (in my opinion) expensive. What e-signature service is everyone else here using? Quote
Catherine Posted January 17, 2017 Report Posted January 17, 2017 I use CPaperless' "Signature Flow" which charges per-signature only. So the only fees I pay are when I actually use it. I have found it to be very easy to use. Quote
SFA Posted January 17, 2017 Author Report Posted January 17, 2017 Thank you Catherine. I have signed up for the trial version of Signature Flow. I think it is exactly what we need! 1 Quote
Catherine Posted January 18, 2017 Report Posted January 18, 2017 I also looked at the Citrix product and while it was good it was just WAY more money than I was willing to spend. The CPaperless product is easy to use and I only pay when it is used; that seems very fair to me. Glad to help. Quote
Lion EA Posted January 18, 2017 Report Posted January 18, 2017 CCH's e-Sign has a free license and pay-per-signature pricing with two levels, authenticated signature (Form 8979) and non-authenticated (if you want your engagement letter signed remotely, for instance). Quote
Catherine Posted January 18, 2017 Report Posted January 18, 2017 Signature Flow also has two prices, depending on the level of authentication required. The IRS requires the pricier version. Quote
stockma Posted January 27, 2017 Report Posted January 27, 2017 Folks, thank you so much! Saved me a ton of research. I've downloaded Signature Flow. 1 Quote
