Mass Tax connect Website

I cannot seem to log on to this website. I have been trying for several days to log on and the site will not open. I am wondering if the site is down or is it something wrong with my computer. MA take sales tax filing online so I am struggling to get past this issue.

If any of the MA people in this board had this problem, I would like to know how you resolved it.

They are doing an upgrade today.  Phone services are also impacted.  Take the rest of the day off and try Monday.

They have been doing the upgrade all week - with limited phone support and VERY limited online access.  The rep I talked to about a client issue said "Monday - I hope" so the official line is Monday but personally I will be surprised if they are really back in full swing that quickly.  I would give it until Tuesday or Wednesday before I got concerned.
