Enrollment Card

I did late renewal of my EA enrollment card because IRS no longer send the notice of renewal and this matter just slipped trough my mind.

Since then IRS has cashed my check and I am showing as active in IRS site but I have not received the actual renewed enrollment card in the mail and it has been six weeks. IRS system is saying that my case was processed on August 16th.

Should I be concerned that I do not have an actual renewal card i nmy hand. If so, how do I go about getting it.

Good luck with this. I renewed in a cycle 2 years ago and never received my updated card. Are you a member of NAEA? IF so, contact Justin at NAEA and he will contact IRS on your behalf. If you are not a member, join -'this is a great member benefit! Otherwise, call OPR, or is it RPO, and ask them when the card will be mailed to you.,

I renewed on time and it took 3 months to get my card.  Good luck with any attempt to expedite the process.  The IRS is non-expediteable.
