Sale of partnership interest

Does anyone know where I can enter the disposition of partnership interest in ATX?  You would think it should be on the K-1 (1065) or in the worksheets on the bottom, but I cannot find it.

Not sure I understand your question but you may be looking for from 1065, page 4, line 19a.

K-1 should be marked final, and you would mark that box on the K-1 input on the individual return. Input the disposition and resulting gain or loss on Schedule D like you would any other capital investment sold or disposed of.
