Naveen Mohan from New York Posted June 18, 2016 Report Posted June 18, 2016 I have a client who got 1099 that really belong to one of her sub contractor so I am having her issue a 1099 from her to the sub contractor. this is the only schedule C transaction my client has. client is an individual and sub contractor is a S corporation. do I still do a schedule C to show the same amount as income and same amount as expense or will nominee 1099 will take care of it.
