These are a CA creation. Anyone in CA have any experience with these?

They are set up as non-profits, grocer stores, buying clubs and lately a lot of them are being set up for

marijuana delivery services to its state certified members.

From what I can find out, they need to be S-corps and the members receive 1099-PATR's.
