if you see this message, "There was an error while printing this document”,  followed by printing a blank page when printing from ATX, please do the following: 

 

 

 

Install .Net 4.6.1 from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49982 

 

If the problem persists, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
