PROBLEM OCR-A FONT NOT INSTALLED

Has anyone gotten this error message when trying to view print a form.  OCR-A FONT NOT INSTALLED

I downloaded it, installed it, closed then reopened the program, restarted windows.  And I still get there error.  As a result there is so far one form that will not open or print and that is a voucher for NJ.  In other cases I just hit the red X and continued on.   Not sure how many other form will be effected by this.

I have not had this problem. Did it occur after the last update? I updated about an hour ago and have not completed any returns since and this makes me wonder. Sorry, I can't be of any assistance here. If you call support, I would like to know how long it takes for you to get a return call or for someone to answer.
