cannot connect to server

I know this has been beat to death in the past but I don't see any posts on this for 2015.  am I the only one having this problem with 2015?

it used to be annoying a couple years ago but after a couple tries it would go through.

 

no luck with 2015.  cannot open the software.

 

am I the only one?

Since the 1st of the year, I've noticed that the 2014 server is not running until you start ATX. On slower computers, this will likely give you a 'cannot connect' error the first time you start after booting.
