I have 2 questions - -

1) Where do I get the 1040X letter?

2) Why does the state efiling instructions NOT carry over to the combined Fed/State letter all the time??

I have ran the wizzard - -before - -during - -after - - -sometimes it works - -and sometimes it doesn't - -

Am I missing something?

To get the information for the state e-file you have to go to the state letter, click on to the options tab and then make your appropriate selection. Then it will show up on the combined letter.
